This newsletter is primarily intended for our four core neighborhoods of North Dodge, Cabrini, Dodge Flower and Oak Flower but everybody is welcome to subscribe and everybody in or near the area can and will gain gain knowledge and information that will help them in their daily lives.    That might be road closures and repairs, crime and how to stay safe, community events, environmental issues and so much more!  

This area has a very high rate of rentals and for some reason, too many renters feel they're not a part of the community.  Hogwash!!  If you live here,  you're part of the community and just by being more aware, you'll make it better.

Everybody far and wide is welcome to subscribe though the closer you are to our core, the more the newsletter will have information of interest to you.  We have subscribers who have moved out of state and still subscribe to keep up with local events and news!
